TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*All childrens parties except Costume Themed pony party are maximum 12 or 15 children unless pre arranged at time of booking and additional cost can be discussed.
*BOOKINGS: A invoice for Deposit of $100.00 or full payment with bank details will be sent via email or details provided over phone at time of booking for pony parties with a $100.00 non-refundable amount if cancelled for any other reason including weather prior to day of party. A full refund will be given if canceling re weather on the day only -
Bookings will not be confirmed/held without deposits being made.
 For fetes details will be provided with Quotes via email.
*Prices as at 28/2/11, subject to change without notice - unless party already booked prior to changes.
*Any mistreatment of the animals will result in the event being terminated and all money paid being forfeited

*we will not cancel a party due to weather as we wont know the weather in your area so if you are cancelling a booking 4 hours notice prior to start time is a must or  deposit will be held as staff will have started to prepare the ponies or on the road already. But dont forget a undercover area is perfect for our ponies and we do have umbrellas
* If any animals on the day of any party are under the weather we have the right to replace them for the day.
*Mums and dads just a few points and rules while the ponies are attending the party can we pls have no throwing of balls, no thongs and no running around the horses and pls no more than 1 step/stairs in or out of riding area and the party will be fun fun fun.

NOTE: All prices include Travel surcharge up to 1 hour from Ringwood and $30.00 to $50.00 extra per hour for destinations further than 1 hour  from Ringwood details of some areas covered within a hour of us  are on FAQ page
